Pennants Trials and Club 4’s Update
Our focus now shifts to the upcoming Pennants Trials at Greenlees. This Saturday, the 5th and 7th Division teams will face off against Concord, beginning with a roll-up at 9:15 am. Later in the day, our 4’s team will take on Leichhardt at 12:30 pm.
Meanwhile, the 2024-25 Club 4’s competition is well underway. This weekend features the first Semi-Final showdown between David Little’s and Colin Darlington’s sides – both having shown impressive form in the opening round. The clash promises a spot in the Final for the victor.
Additionally, Jeff Wheatley’s squad is set to battle Ronan Coombes for another Semi-Final berth, while John Goulding and Allan Windle vie for the remaining spot. The anticipation is high as we near the Club 4’s Final scheduled for February 16th.

Our Socials Bowls events are gaining momentum with 40 enthusiastic bowlers competing for the $1,900 Wednesday Jackpot. Although the prize wasn’t claimed last time, we’re upping the stakes to $2,000 starting from Wednesday, February 5th. Our Saturday Socials Jackpot is also steadily growing, currently standing at $900. We look forward to seeing you there!
