Open your Home to an Overseas Rugby Player!

Briars Rugby is excited to be partnering with Wheeling University in the USA to help grow the game of rugby and create new playing opportunities for our players, both here and overseas.

We’re looking for families or individuals who can host a visiting player from Wheel for up to 8 weeks, from mid-May to mid-July.

It’s a great chance to welcome someone into your home, share the Aussie lifestyle, and support a young rugby player on their journey. While they’re here, they’ll be training and playing with Briars, possibly working, and getting out to explore Sydney.

As part of this partnership, Wheeling has also offered to host Briars players when we tour New York in November/December, a fantastic opportunity for our club.
